The Bomb Sandwich

By Cathleen Hockman-Wert

This image shows a series of six hand-drawn illustrations depicting steps in a food preparation process: Removing small round objects (likely berries or nuts) from an oven or dehydrator tray. Pouring the round objects from a cloth or paper into a container. Adding the objects to a blender or food processor. Operating the blender, with the objects inside. Whisking or stirring a mixture in a pot on a stovetop. Using a spoon to add a liquid or paste to a glass container, possibly for measuring or mixing. The illustrations are in a grayscale sketch style, focusing on the hands and tools involved in each step of the process.
